YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Frequently asked questions
Parking sessions, business and personal accounts, rental charges and other driving payments.
When does my parking start?
DrivePay uses your vehicle's location to start parking automatically when you arrive in a supported location.
Can I cancel a session?
Yes. Cancel within the first minute for free. After that, you can still end your paid parking session at any time using the link in your message. This ends the paid session, not just the automation. If you stay parked, you will need to manage any further parking payment yourself.
How does my session end automatically?
DrivePay stops your parking when you leave.
How does my vehicle connect?
Through a third-party tracking system, a direct vehicle integration, or a DrivePay device.
Can I separate business and personal driving payments?
Yes. Employees using shared or company vehicles can have separate business and personal accounts. Set schedules to use the business account by default during working hours and the personal account outside them. Employees can choose a different account for any trip.
Does DrivePay prevent every parking fine?
DrivePay helps prevent fines caused by missed parking payments. It does not prevent every type of parking fine. Drivers still need to follow parking signs, restrictions and maximum stays.
What will renters be charged?
The renter sees the driving charge, any convenience fee from the rental company and the total before confirming. Confirmed charges are added to their itemised rental bill through the rental company's agreed billing setup.
Can I manage other driving payments through DrivePay?
Yes. You can manage selected congestion charges, airport drop-off fees and tolls through your DrivePay account. You choose which available services to enable, so you do not have to register with each one separately. Available services depend on your account setup.
